Tree Buddy is operated by Mentum Edge LLC. References to “Tree Buddy,” “we,” “us,” or “our” in these Terms refer to Mentum Edge LLC doing business through the Tree Buddy brand.

Tree Buddy is a referral and connection service operated by Mentum Edge LLC. Tree Buddy helps connect homeowners with independent local tree service providers that may be able to assist with their requested project.

Tree Buddy and Mentum Edge LLC do not perform tree removal, tree trimming, pruning, stump grinding, emergency tree work, storm cleanup, or any other tree services. Tree Buddy and Mentum Edge LLC do not provide crews, equipment, on-site supervision, or control over how any tree work is performed.

Tree service providers are independent third-party businesses. They are not employees, agents, subsidiaries, partners, joint venturers, or representatives of Tree Buddy or Mentum Edge LLC.

Tree Buddy and Mentum Edge LLC do not control provider work, scheduling, personnel, pricing, business practices, methods, equipment, or service quality.

Any estimate, pricing, scheduling, contract, payment, warranty, service agreement, or work performed is directly between the homeowner and the independent tree service provider. Tree Buddy and Mentum Edge LLC are not parties to that agreement unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

Tree Buddy and Mentum Edge LLC do not guarantee any of the following, unless something is specifically stated otherwise in writing:

• Pricing or estimates
• Provider availability
• Response times
• Workmanship
• Results
• Scheduling
• Licensing
• Insurance
• Certifications
• Provider performance

Homeowners are responsible for independently evaluating any provider they choose to hire. This may include asking about the provider's experience, licensing where applicable, insurance, references, written estimates, scope of work, and pricing.

By using this website, you agree to:

• Use the website lawfully
• Provide accurate information
• Not interfere with the website
• Not attempt unauthorized access
• Not submit false or fraudulent requests
• Not submit requests on behalf of someone who has not authorized them

The Tree Buddy name, logo, mascot, website content, written materials, graphics, and design elements are owned by or licensed to Mentum Edge LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without permission, except as allowed by applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tree Buddy and Mentum Edge LLC are not responsible or liable for the acts, omissions, services, pricing, communications, representations, workmanship, delays, property damage, personal injury, disputes, or other conduct of any independent tree service provider.

Tree Buddy and Mentum Edge LLC are not responsible for agreements entered into directly between homeowners and tree service providers.

The website and connection service are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind except where such warranties cannot legally be excluded.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Disputes not otherwise resolved informally may be brought in an appropriate state or federal court located in Florida, subject to applicable law.

Tree Buddy may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
